Part 1: Involvement of undergraduates in your research group
Compile information on undergraduate students you have mentored for at least one academic semester. Students should have been doing research in your laboratory or research group for at least 6 hours per week.
 
Total number of undergraduates mentored? in the last 5 years
Number of peer-reviewed scientific papers you have written with undergrad coauthors in the last 5 years

Upload a full list of all peer-reviewed undergraduate co-authored publications, patents, and papers from major scientific meetings with undergraduates noted in bold. Manuscripts that have been submitted to peer-reviewed journals are also acceptable. Please separate publications, patents, and meeting presentations and list each in reverse chronological order. Part 2: Evidence of broader activity in mentoring
In two pages or less, summarize your broader undergraduate mentoring and research activity. The summary can address any of a number of areas. Examples include: invitations to participate in national review panels, awards, or career success of your undergraduate mentees, fundraising activity in support of undergraduate research and training, and planned interaction with the Science for Life program or the broader HHMI community.  Please use the form LastNameFirstInitial_broaderactivity.pdf.  JonesB_broaderactivity.pdf for example.
